Soup recipe-veggies mushroom and chicken broth

1 qt chicken broth
1 qt water 
8 oz mushrooms
3 celery
1/2 cauliflower 
2 cups broccoli
1 small squash
8 oz green trio (or kale)
Salt
Black pepper optional

Chop all ingredientes in large pieces, put everything in a large pot on high until boil. Then medium for 30 min. 

After done you can blend it or eat as is (my preference).

Variation: instead of chicken broth use 2 qt of water and a beef ossobucu, usually sold at the grocery store as beef for soup. Need to have the bone marrow.
